Make a Call: Call and talk to a member of our team of professionals. We'll learn about your requirements and how we might be of service.
Site Visit: We will conduct a site survey to identify any potential problems and inform you of any restrictions on the site.
Advising on Design: Each of our garden rooms is created according to your vision. You will receive the drawings and specs for your final approval after we have guided you through your options.
Design Accepted: When you're satisfied with the final room design, we'll set up a build date that works for you.
Built to Last
We are constantly eager to start the next building project so that we can perfectly meet the expectations of our clients. However, since quality cannot be hastened, we strive to remain as unobtrusive as possible while the project is being built.
Operations Team Arrive: Our initial task is to lay the foundation and make sure everything is ready for construction, which often happens before your scheduled construction time (normally the week before).
The Work Begins: The Fabricators, carpenters, electricians, and plasterers on our crew start to work.
Quality Takes Time - Two to three weeks: Even though we do a lot ofwork on the job site (unheard of with many of our competitors), we guarantee that our high-quality buildings are completed in about two weeks. In our more complicated builds, this might be a little bit longer.
Your Garden Room is Available for Use: We completely clean the site before handing over your building and make sure everything is operational and ready for immediate use.
Our Aftercare Promise
Our work isn't done just because the garden room is finished. Every so often, we'll check in to make sure everything is going well, and any minor problems will be resolved right away.
Ten Years of Warranty: We provide a warranty on the calibre of our work. This guarantees that we will repair any structural issues that arise within 10 years of your project.
No-Complaint Corrections: Even though it's uncommon, we'll go out of our way to make sure anything that bothers you is resolved.
